I adore these shoes. They're some of the most comfortable heels I own. They go with everything. I occasionally just wear them around the house so I can admire my feet.

These are beautiful boots. I am usually a 10 in modern shoes, but these ran small for me. I used to deal with discomfort in terms of shoes - but as I age, comfort is something I put first. It is possible they would have stretched out, but I didn't have the patience.

I love the style of this shoe plus it’s comfortable!

These boots fit like a glove! I have only been breaking them in for a few hours at a time but I wore them for 6 hours today and never tired of them!

Ida is perfect for a low heel comfortable pump. They are ideal to wear with my slacks. I’m very happy with the comfort and style of these shoes.

Just when I think they can’t get any better, I fall in love with another style. Luise has become my new favorite. I have several pair of Memery shoes. I love them all but Luise holds a special place in my heart. They were a little tight when I first tried to get them on. I used a shoe horn and once they were on they were so comfortable. After wearing them a few times they now slip on very easy. I have them in Plum and just placed an order for a pair in Black. I’m always impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship on these shoes.

I bought the vera off-white last year and I've been wearing it out as often as I could justify with the changing temperatures. It's very soft and warm, unlike other cheaper cardigans (not from Memery) I've gotten in the past which looked nice but were not ideal for the cold. The designs also look as great in person as they do in the pictures, which is something I love to feel about a purchase. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

They were too narrow for my wife's feet. However these victorian Boots are very well made.

They are so beautiful and so warm! I have worn them two-three times and would say that while I am still breaking them in, they are comfortable to wear for a couple of hours of errands right out of the box :)

As a girl with bigger feet and a love of beautiful shoes, I have a hard time finding anything that fits but my berks. I’m between a size 10-11 US women’s, but tend toward the 10.5-11 side. I used the size guide provided for these, chose a size 10 Wide (I don’t have wide feet, but saw some people say these run narrow), and they fit like a dream! I actually squealed with happiness when I put them on, and saw not only did they fit, but they looked good too. So thankful to have found a shop with beautiful, high-quality shoes where I know my size. Time to buy more shoes!!!

Here's my out-of-the-box review, having just put these on. I found that the "Tom" boot runs small and narrow, probably because it's based on a vintage shoe design. Having wide feet, I found I had to go up a size (13 instead of 12). They are very hard to put on at first because the leather is thin (not to say insubstantial or too delicate, just thinner and floppier than my modern boots). I had to remove all the lacing, put the boots on that way, and then re-lace them to get them on. You will definitely need a shoehorn, at least at first, and the boots don't have speed hooks for the top couple of eyelets like modern boots so they may take a bit longer to put on. That being said, I suspect these boots are going to fit like a glove and be very comfortable once they've been worn a bit and broken in, because the thinner leather will mold to my foot. A word to the wise -- they are very slippery at first because of the smooth leather soles. Mette kindly put in an extra set of laces and a small piece of sandpaper to roughen up the soles, and I suggest you do this once you are satisfied with the fit. Lovely boots and I think I am really going to like wearing them with my period suits.
